Hey Sis!

Are you interested in being a vendor at the 2nd Annual Women at Werk Empowerment Conference? Awesome? The purpose of this initiative is to share your products/services with new customers and network with other women owned businesses. We are so grateful for you! Your contribution is a small thread in the fabric of supporting women owned businesses and Women at Werk is a firm believer that we are #StrongerTogether. But, what do you get?


Being a vendor with Women at Werk could not be simpler! We provide the tables, chairs, signage, power, light and of course, the customers! All you need to do is show up with your products and banner! Our $105.00 vendor fee includes publicity and recognition leading up to and throughout the Empowerment Conference. As a vendor, you will also get all of these additional benefits:

Booth Details: Booth spaces are elegant and large. Each space is 96” × 30". Tent, tables, chairs and power (20 amp circuit) are included. You are also eligible to include up to 5 product pieces to be placed in the attendee Swag Bags (products, flyers, business cards and promotional campaigns). Should you want or need to have an assistant an additional cost of $25.00 will be incurred. ** Sharing booth spaces with other businesses is strictly prohibited **

Power Brunch: Continental buffet breakfast with beverages is included.

Branded Online Promotions: Your Company (including your company logo and details) will be featured on our Websites, Social Media Channels, & Printed Materials.

Custom Video Ad: A copy of our branded Video Slideshow (produced by our video department) including your business that will be published on our website, YouTube, Vimeo and on our IMAG (Jumbotron) screens at the event. You will also receive a copy of our recap video to use on your own website and social media channels.

Post-Event Publicity: On the day of the event our photographers and media will be capturing photos of the conference and any booth activity. You will be provided access to these photos to help with post-publicity and branding for your business. If you would like to have a short video interview recorded by our video team on the day of the event you will be able to request this at no additional cost.


In order to become a vendor please remit a description of your business (inclusive of links to your website, FB, IG, and/or Twitter handlers) and identify a point of contact. Send this information to Our team will review your information and determine eligibility. It is the goal of Women at Werk to maximize your exposure. By submitting your application for review all candidates we hope to minimize brand duplication. Once selected you will be directed to complete payment to secure your booth. Payments must be completed within 24 hours of notification in order to secure your space. Additional information may be requested.

BIO: A brief, 500 words or less description of your business and services offered.
PHOTO: Please upload up to 2 Hi-Res Product Photos (1600 pixels or larger)
LOGO FILE: Please upload a hi-res version of your logo (Transparent PNG or Vector Preferred)
