Dr. Asha Fields Brewer

Dr. Asha Fields Brewer is a speaker, educator, radio host, and the author of Eat, Drink, Do: 3 Basic Principles for Health by the Bible. With a background in wellness and healthy lifestyles, she has empowered women across the nation to live life abundantly!

“Dr. Asha” earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University (Tallahassee, FL). While at FSU, she was honored with accolades such as Greek Woman of the Year (representing Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.), Senior Hall of Fame, homecoming queen, and the academic honors medallion. Dr. Asha’s academic journey continued at Parker University (Dallas, TX), where she earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and was selected by faculty as her clinic’s “top intern.”

Because learning is forever, Dr. Asha went on to complete additional trainings in public speaking, sports medicine, healthy lifestyle coaching, college life coaching, and event management. She brings this passion, expertise, and more to this year’s Women at WERK Conference. 

Dr. Asha is a visionary “multi-preneur.” Since 2012, The Temple Fit Company has helped churches, communities, and entrepreneurs build better business through wellness. Along a similar wavelength, AB Creations and the “Dr. Asha” brand have created a thoughtspace where ambitious women learn to live life abundantly.
