“Little” Women at Werk is a teen mentoring and leadership initiative for girls ages 11-17. This program promotes academic achievement, character development, entrepreneurship, and positive imagery through caring for the self and others.

The mission of “Little'“ Women at Werk is to offer WERKSHOPS that enrich and empower the lives of teens through leadership development and character building activities.

Summer Launch | Empowerment Conference
Attend the FIRST “Little” Women at Werk Empowerment Conference. Your “little” will enjoy a day of girl empowerment, crafting her business idea and WERKING on herself. “Littles” will also have an opportunity to meet and speak with notable “big” Women at Werk.

Program Schedule

Session One

“Pink” Ice Breaker Meet & Greet
participants will gain an understanding of the power of choice and making new friends.

Session Two

”Write the Vision, Make it Plain”
participants will develop a strategy for their business plan, understanding goal setting, and creating a vision board.

Session Three

“Show Me the Money”
participants will increase their understanding of financial literacy and its impact on business development.

Session Four

“Under Construction”
participants will bridge together their vision with an action plan.

Session Five

“Mental Health Matters”
participants will will learn about mental health as well as strategies toward preserving their wellness while at WERK.

Session Six

“The Me I see”
participants will learn how to foster a positive mindset and promote personal empowerment with mentor support.

Session Seven

“adjust Your Crown”
participants will learn the importance and purpose of growth through embracing change.

Session Eight

“Show me Your WERK”
participants will showcase their final project.
